Laying the groundwork for a national pedestrian injury surveillance system

This project was unable to proceed because of unforeseen external circumstances. Elements of this project were successfully adopted into a research project funded by the National Academy of Sciences’ National Cooperative Highway Research Program and this effort was subsequently discontinued.
